Technical problems = delays = cash burn. Hence, I believe the market will have few buyers on that report (why park your cash in something where there are delays?) Anyone needing to sell will have to meet the buyers.
I still believe in the geology but see no reason to have my cash there now. I exited in the 50's and will look to re-enter at what I consider to be fair value. 16c is over-priced in the short term in my opinion. More downside than upside in the short term IMO. Of course I may well be wrong.
