Agree. IF X has walked, then Anglo may come up with a totally different and less favourable structure. I guess that is the reason for the third BFS, to make sure NKP have options IF Anglo play hardball.

And IF X are still in the picture, then the competition will be benefitial. I'd rather have two interested parties than none.

Obviously not without risk. As the Barry Seargent article has pointed out, Beng are likely to appeal again. So it may be awhile before we recieve total definate ownership.

Having said that, all bar one court has sided with NKP/G to date. So you would think NKP are in the box seat going forward.

I wouldnt anticipate another long trading halt if Beng did announce an appeal. Now the facts are out their and the investor should be smart enough to eveluate any percieved risks.
