    Sales volumes, housing finance, auction clearance rates & now house prices are all starting to trend down. Rising stock levels and falling demand will see buyers pullback even more and quickly worsen declines. The tide is turning but buying opportunities do lie ahead (probably several years from now after a massive debt deleveraging).
