I hope your right but they do have 180days to lodge an appeal. What grounds they have or need, I have no idea. But they have played hard all along. Do you see them giving up on a $billion asset?

KGL have a similar frivolous case against them(well the Kazakh government actually). Has been appealed and lost many times. Each time judge says no case to answer. No new evidence, yet they keep appealing.

Obviously they are going to claim they weren't consulted again. Then DMR will need to justify its verdict. Either they deemed consultation had occured to a required level, given that Beng refused to communicate.

Or DMR will say that RokaP is the rightful community and were consulted fully. Then Beng appeal to be re-instated as rightful owner. Which would fail. But it adds uncertainty.

BS is being delibrately mischievious and clearly has an axe to grind IMO. But yesterday was a great result sp wise. Alot of selling as would be expected after a long suspension(for any reason).

Now things have settled. If NKP deliver on upcoming announcements, the sp will continue to firm.
