do you remember that house in waterloo that didn't sell at auction ... than it went for sale and lingered there for a few weeks ?

well it finaly sold (at least the sign says so) and when a friend rang..we were told that it sold for another 10 thou discount...

so...a healthy 10% discount in the middle of the CITY of SYDNEY council !

$ 60 000.00 in somebodies pocket

pwinne is that enough of a bargain for you to pounce ?

or are you, like the rest of us (in the know) waiting for another 20 % to go in the next few months?
