the future

I have been doing a little bit of research on this company. Have compiled the following things. PLease add to this if you see fit or make any comments if I am incorrect. These are some of the things that caught my attention:

1. Pinetree Resource Partnership- big Canadian company who now has 14.5% of the company. I dont think Pinetree would be investing in some small Australian company for no reason.


2. Killi Killi- . ORM (company next door to oku)samples that were assayed by Orion indicated in particular the presence of heavy rare earth elements as well as uranium and gold. We have tenement next door to ORM. Any thoughts on this? Expected mid april, only about 3-4 weeks away

4. Phosphate- ongoing- have noted that production needs to be low marginal cost.

5. JV with share of 40% with MTH who are commencing drilling soon. Weather has been good and supposedly will start next week. 13g/t chip samples identified

Can anyone give me any other reasons not to increase my holdings at the current SP with good events coming up. Or can anyone tell me anything that should be catching my attention that i have missed.
