    I also sent an email to Simon yesterday. Last time I did, he replied within 24 hours.

    I asked whether they had any indication from the Commission of a new deadline for handing down the report, or had been requested to provide any additional information in the meantime.

    I aslo asked whether the funding arrangements to be provided by Macquarie were conditional upon the Commission or the outcome of current litigation.

    Will report when I get a response.
