Fairly quiet here lately, so I thought i would post the following chart.
Solid move on Friday (unfortunately left a gap at 0.55).
MACD about to cross.
Slow stochastic tends to stay oversold for at least 3 weeks, a la current period and last November (highlighted in red).
The light blue trend line at around 55 cents goes back to June 2005. It has had 3 definitive tests over the past 6 months and has bounced strongly on each occasion.
However the volume associated with the third penetration has been by far the weakest.
I topped up the SMSF early in the week at 0.53 to balance off some sells during February (tax loss sells).
