Just thinking out loud here.

If I wanted to purchase 20 million + shares how do I go about not allowing the price to skyrocket while I am doing the purchasing and conversely could I also take the brakes off just before I had finalise my buying to put a fire under the price. Maybe the buying has not finished ?
