wonder if this will have an impact on SP in the lead up to KORA? Won't bode well for those that come to know about it - so many uprisings at the moment (e.g. Libya, Syria, Bahrain, Egypt, Yemen) the Senegal uprising would want to be of a reasonable size for it to gain/have any media cut through...
However, from the ruling President's/family perspective, signing o&g a lease extension might not be on top of the 'in-tray'- so there may be a further delay such that notification (one way or the other) might not be until post KORA spud date?
