12.5c is not that far away. I certainly would not rule it out.

However, despite what might happen short term, I'm confident that if the Commission gives the all clear, the upward path will resume.
Three catalysts for 20c+ IMO.
1. Commission findings are positive
2. Debt facility with Macquarie approved
3. Construction of plant commencing
