Lets dig beneath the surface of that statement a bit.

Easy to see that 'fear and panic' are created and supported by alleged 'facts'. Also easy to see that ALL views are created and supported by alleged 'facts'

As the great historian, EH Carr, reminded us many years ago, the inherent biases in the gathering of facts makes the objective truth of anyone's view impossible.

"Facts are, like fish in the ocean, of which we may only catch a few, only an indication of what is below the surface"
