Just to clarify (as there is continuous confusion about the different permits), those documents relate to PEN's Source Material Licence application to the NRC and their request to have some sections of the application kept confidential.
Nothing to do with the 'public comment' discussion on this thread which relates to the Deep Disposal Wells permit.
