Interesting it says on the 2nd page that Hanlong now holds 19%. They must have already had holdings of around 3%? Guess this means that the big buy up of the extra 3.9% to get it to 19.99% won't be happening because they already have it. Oh well, still great news and hopefully a good day ahead.
