I missed out to buy back at low (bad luck!). Japan trouble will knock U price down more, as the word rethink for new Nu power plants. That is why I dont pick up NTU. This co hold very good land, back up buy big man too, but if it cant find good REE then dont know what will happen.Too early to know. At this stage, I think fair price is around 40c . > 50c is over price.
My personal view only can be right/WRONG. Good luck.
