FYI all - I was contacted directly by representatives of the current directors and seperately Carson (they were both aware of each others contact to me) to discuss my vote. I was nuetral before speaking to them, discussed my perception re: issues around governance, strategic clarity, specific actions they will take next, and a host of other topics including why they were so committed and their history in the industry. They did not talk down Tay, spoke professionally and intelligently, and were factual and measured when responding to my open questions.

I was not contacted by anyone else.Not Tay/ reps, nor any 'amateur' purporting to own 14m shares trash talking Tay. I have been on the register for ~1 year, so would expect my contact details are easily obtainable by both parties.
