jongie 43.7M shared issued at 8.5c and 14c in settlement of loans (refer 28 Feb notice). It was placed with a number of SI and Instos.....some of whom have intent in holding....(i.e. not all the 43.7M will be dumped on market as suggested by some hence the use of term "overhang")
