i am a new holder of PEN... got in when it was low... took a punt and very happy where we are atm...
I can see that PEN will hover around normal levels soon (read that as 15) and all the sellers need to do is hold their nerve a bit... imo.
Oh, i bought PEN by doing my own research, as i see potential in them.
