I think "N" is required because it has the flat ground to build a process plant plus a few million ounces is still a few million ounces, look at any gold companys market cap with 1 or 2 million ounces. From memory reading a articles, I think a few Platinum producers actually lease land off farms close to their mines because of the mountainous terrain.
