The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said today that it would not oppose the proposed fertiliser joint venture between Futuris and AWB.
There have now been 2 days of rises with about 5 times the normal day's volume.
Next jump up must be a sign of more of the auto business being sold.
Trading $2.20-$2.30 for a while seems likely.
