That IS how it started yuyu... I rang him last week after he left his mobile number on the bottom of the last announcement. I don't know him (Tay), at all, but that was an issue for the directors, he said. They (the 3 directors) wanted to sell more DMA shares cheaply to HX. Which explains why HX were more happy with the other 3 directors.
I think they (HX) will stick around because they are all wanting to make money, arent they? DMA is value, there is no doubt about that. Stability and progress is good for DMA right now...
