Currently approx 240M shares on issues.

$130M at 30c = 433M new issue
$110M at 40c = 275M new issue

I would like to think 1:1 at a reasonable price is the worst possibility. If they need more then an alternative issue of say convertible notes to all shareholders would be a preferred method (as CLO did some years back).

A heavily discounted issue as suggested by the AFR, if not done fairly for all shareholders is as good as giving away what I still believe is a great company - I would happily join a fight against it.
