Im guessing some heavy hitters with holdings on both exchanges are taking advantage by buying it cheap on the ASX (maybe they are the ones with the multiple 100K+ orderson the sell side to keep the price down), then selling their existing holdings on the NAS to realise the profit. If I had holdings on both exchanges, I would do exactly the same thing, and with the expectation that the ASX price will eventually catch up, more money to be made.....

I think this stock has been manipulated for a long time, but will not be as easy to maintain over the next 6-12 months
