I'm just wondering how far will MCCI/WISDRI go regarding investing in Australia?
If the Chinese wants to invest in the steel plant, then I doubt it they would want the raw material to be controlled by anyone else other than themselve. This puts ABS out of the picture. We saw what happened with the ABS Framework agreement One, and my view is that Agreement No 2 and 3 will go out the window in the same fashion.
I know I have mentioned this before, but I see the Chinese Enterprise policy of "stepping out" is really at play here.
Money needs to be invested in a safe and stable country like OZ.
