DOCA if proposed will leave creditors burnt Interesting to note same directors,secretary and management as "HYO" Board and management only understand superseeded box moving and intergration and support business an uninterstting and No Margin business in a Public environment (certainly at that size) Interesting to see how leanient ASIC is on its regulations of Continuance disclosure. I would also suspect a form of insolvency trading period, but this hard and not worth the debate, unless you are the ATO. Board and management should be accountable.
