Isn't the feasibility study supposed to be due "anytime now" ... last year?
This long delay certainly isn't helping the SP. Or rather, is this an intentional ploy?
Everything sounds so good for IBG, yet, static SP.
I will definitely jump in, but only when there's volume to suggest the train is moving.
