I initially thought it was interesting that a director has sold shares but upon closer inspection it shows that its only $25K which is bugger all and it looks like it was sold due to a margin call (this happened when our market was getting slogged last week and when a margin call occurs you generally get rid of the shares that do not provide any LVR to your loan).

It is important to note that the other directors who hold significant amounts, 10% of the company, have not sold any.

I wouldn’t be concerned by this at all.
