This kind of question/comment, given the current state of affairs regarding UNS, could only warrent a "TIC" reply.
Does anyone really think for 1 minute that Doc Mod. and MR A.S. are collecting large parcels of shares on the whim of a madman? The grass is so green. Why wouldnt they get what they could at a strategic time and price?
