There is no alternative to completing the form, attaching a cheque and getting it to the company's office in Brisbane before 5pm 31 March.
One would assume that a BPay arrangement wouldn't have been that hard for the company to organise - assuming of course they did in fact want to encourage holders to exercise.
Express post today is the best bet, unless you can hand deliver.
