Hi CR8,
I do respect technicals ( more so than fundamentas),but over years of experimentations,I developed my own charting "psycology".
INL chart is not that bad,if you take into account the recent market jitters which caused major technical damage to the majority of specs.
A "failed attempt of a abreak" or "break of support"are valid in "normal" markets & "normal" stocks,but there are reasons to believe they are false signals.
One of my favourite indicators is the OBV which,over the last 3 months,is holding strong despite INL breaking down to 0.022 .This is very reassuring.
Also, I find it hard to ignore the massive gain in sp back in mid November when INL appreciated 1000% on volume double the issued number.
You might be waiting for the breakaway gap below 0.017 to be tested.
You will be waiting forever.
