With leagl proceeding still ongoing, Commission of inquiry 3+ weeks late and Government unable to function properly KGL is becomming riskier.
Maquarie finance as expected has get out of jail clauses for legal proceedings & commission of inquiry. So until these are satisfactorily resolved there's effectively no finance.
