TCM - used to have em on watchlist, was surprised Hudson Res couldn't extract any value from their 20m unlisted options @ 30c when TCM traded in the 40's, company ended up doing placement at 34c and options expired worthless.
HRS - spin outs have done quite well with the exception of TCM, take a look at ABZ & SOC plus the recent purchase of AXE shares.
I trade HRS from time to time as they often are at a discount to the value of their listed stocks, if the gap grows wide enough, i'll have a punt. DGR is similar as they too have spin offs and often trade the discount if it's big enough.
