I noted a couple of comments MB made whilst sitting down near him which he said to another shareholder which indicated that a push to the investor market will happen soon.

    YR & BD,

You both posted the above. This was back on 17 Nov at the AGM, after TZ had presented to Patersons, and the share price was 41c.

So I wonder why Mark was telling at least one shareholder that there would be a push to the investor market back then, and why it still hasn't eventuated over 4 months later. Don't forget that shareholders were sitting on rights at the time, and anybody who took up their rights based on Mark's words may not be at all happy now.

Great thread by the way. So many friends no longer post on HC. I would like to know if they are now disappointed that they hold shares in a company that they cannot offload now or possibly ever?

By the way, I sent the following the Chairman who we voted in to act in out best interest. This was sent a few days ago and I have had no reply. I am not the only one who does not receive responses when asking questions or requests for return calls.

    Mark,

It was good to listen to the BRR interview in what I hope is a start to a ramp up in the promotion of the company. However, the bottom line is that since the interview, only $11,910 shares have been purchased. This represents the lowest volume of shares traded over any similar period since the inception of the company.

In the interview you mentioned that your purpose of the interview was to promote the company. Considering that the evidence suggests that this goal has not been achieved, I ask whether you have any intentions on promoting the company through the standard channels ie numerous broker presentations before further shareholder value is eroded?

I have highlighted the TZ story and rapidly improving financials to various non-shareholders, and the common view is that although TZL offers a significant investment opportunity based on these fundamentals, these investors are reluctant to invest in a company which is not successfully promoting itself to investors. The bottom line is that they are extremely sceptical of an improving company operationally and financially, but which still shows a deteriorating share price exactly 1 year after re-listing.

With the share price at 28c, the company's cash balance at $11m, and operations significantly advanced, would you not agree that TZL now represents a more appealing investment proposition than 4 months ago when you presented to Patersons with the share price at 55c, very little money in the bank and plenty of restructuring still ahead?

I know people who will be all too willing to consider investing in TZL should the company be seen to be embarking on an active promotion drive to the investment community. Until then, I am afraid that many current shareholders and possible future ones will always be sceptical as to the whether TZL will ever deliver shareholder returns. As the board are ultimately responsible for delivering shareholder value, I urge you to do your utmost, and allow market forces to decide on the share price. The current situation of an extremely low share price and no interest in the stock is extremely unacceptable.

    Thank You
