A major oversight in my last post brought to my attention by matchbox20 which I will request to be moderated. Please re-vote if you already have. It should have read as follows;-
I'm just curious if Mr Howard has forgotten about his legal obligations to lodge a form 603 "Notice of Initial Substantial Shareholder".
He has 36,809,788 shares (yes nearly 37 million shares) in the company which represents 6.33% of the company and possibly another 36,809,788 options (attaching and for free exercisable at 0.0001.) it seems all for just $3,680.98. Unbelieveable!
Did he obtain these shares from the recent 210 million share placement at 0.0001? I certainly would have jumped at the opportunity. In fact I would have gladly paid 10 times more.
It seems to me that it's not what you know, but who you know. I've never seen anything like this in my 35 years of investing. To be able to acquire 6.33% of a publicly listed shell for just $3,680.98 is the bargain of the decade and possibly the century.
Who actually is Mr Ashley Howard?
I'm baffled that this is actually allowed.
