NDO is leaps and bounds ahead of OEL and I wouldnt bother trying to explain that to anyone as we can clearly see it...others that cant lose out.
NDO have $24 mill in cash which is more than enough for 2 more drills with farmouts and by the time they will need more cash their SP will be way north of 30c therefore way less dilution.
OEL's best offshore lease has only a 27% chance of success.
