Beginners look at the short term shareprice with no regard to the quality of the transaction that has taken place. I keep an eye on RFE becouse i beleive they have good assets as opposed to management.

If I owned 48c shares and had very high expectations on what they were going to be worth, I would be upset that my holding in the assets was about to take a 40%dilution at a 35% discount to the current price to raise double the amount of money that was needed to acquire and test the acreage. As well as drill wells on existing land that should have been done over the last few years with the cash that ended up being burnt on admin becouse management failed to secure cashflow!!!!
