re: monster dilution Former failed viticulture company, reverse takeover by Peter McIntyre's private Coronet Resources in 2003.
Coronet Resource own those 200 million shares plus. In total about 1/3 of the company. McIntyre in charge now. Shares convert to ordinary after performance criteria is meet (soon)
Selling referred to came from deed of administration 1 cent share allocation. All gone now (I think)
Mining has started with first gold pour in May. EBIT $10 million and they own half. i
