INL has retraced 50% from its low of 0.022 to the high of 0.038 of this 4 months long consolidation phase.
This is a sign of strength , specially after a "disastrous" break down below 0.026 that would have otherwise brought it down quickly to under 1c.
Any TA worth his salt will tell you that the probability of testing .038( even breaking it) is much higher than testing the low of .022.
