Some elaborations for you.

1. Its odd to announce such a small portion of a total deal. Why not just leave this bit and announce it as part of the whole deal if its only a few days away. This announcement done now is an indicator that the full deal is a way off.

2. There is no timeframe given for the full negotiation. Again if it was only days to completion, that would have been stated. A second clue that the timeframe will move out.

3. The announcement talks about negotiation with multiple investors. That sounds like there is still a way to go to get down to the final one or two to deal with.

4.The announcement states that a Hong Kong listing is still being considered as an alternative funding source. That again suggests that a funding deal is not so solid that it will be done in a few days.

The feel of all that makes me think that the full funding will be later rather than sooner.

Lets check the real value for those issued shares once we see the shape of the full deal.

The announcement has very little detail of how the full financing will be put together, so there isnt too much for Brokers and others to study and think about.
