    Hi Wayne,

    I agree with you. Nkwe is aware of all of these legal issues and still has set itself May and June for BFS and JV respectively. Mr. Market is currently unconvinced!

    P.S. I haven't had a reply to my email in regard to whether Beng can take the DMR to court on their reallocation of rights; so will phone PL on Monday to clarify whether these legal issues are a threat to the timeline.
