beginners advice

Hi people,

just thought I'd start by introducing my self. I've been reading a lot of the discussions on HC over the past few weeks and reading a few books etc.. And have come to the conclusion I'm ready to enter the mar ket.
Is there any advice you can pass on that will help me on my way to becoming a successful trader?
I understand the importance of education,DYOR,mind set etc.. But is there anything else you could pass on to assist me on my way? I.e charting programs,forums,books etc.. That are a must have or must do for the modern trader..
I'm looking at starting with around 10,000 capital and have around an additional 1500 a week in expendable income I can invest..
I'm looking for relatively Medium to high risk trades to start out with.. I'm not overly concerned with losses at the moment and am aware I'm going to make bad trades and screw up a lot as I learn..
Possible First 3 trades - KSX (3000) BCC (3000) FML (4000)
