I am wondering if...... now why would ocp be in a trading halt at the same time, sure they are an investor (a the main one) but unless they are in financial trouble then why would they be in a halt????
The only logical conclusion i can come up with is that they are making an offer for the whole of isf. now before you laugh remember they are flush with cash from their recent sale and (i suspect) would be able to fund an offer out of cash, somewhere in the mid teens. This would also vastly lower their average cost. This would enable them to fix the business over the next 12-24 months and then refloat for 40-50......
And (read wishful thinking) what is csc, cerner etal all of a sudden look over at isf in it wounded state and say mmmmmmm might be worth a look.....
ALL IMHO of course.
