At the very least, it's cause for concern that Jazzman is now to be paid $5m instead of $400k and the removal of royaties on the produced tonnage also removes his ongoing tie to the success of the company.
Let's hope they relist soon, so that whatever the outcome of Zambian agreement restructuring we can at least trade our own shares.
