AdultShop.com Ltd refers to the current suspension of trading in its
securities. The Company believed that following its lodgement of a
revised financial report for the year ended 30 June 2002 and the
revised financial projections for the six month period ending 31
December 2002 on Thursday, 31 October 2002, its securities would be
reinstated to quotation on 4 November 2002.

ASX has since advised that it requires further and more detailed
information from the Company with regard to its actual results and
financial position to date as well as the underlying assumptions for
the financial projections for the six month period ending 31 December
2002. The Company is now in the process of preparing this additional
information and will lodge it with ASX as soon as possible.
