stock movement - plenty to be made
Hi All yes typical APG and its "delayed" announcements but history shows they do come and the price does rise significantly on % terms!
From what I understand they were trying thier absolute best (and thought they would) to get the announcement out while the MD is in France as co Chaiman of the Titanium conference. Ideal for marketing at to all the companies that attended.
It appears the legal boys made sure that didnt happen however I have been assured everything is very much on track. I guess that goes with the speeding ticket response last week that says negotiations are progressing. That means APG and the other party have agreed its just the legal boys are trying to justify thier fees.
As we all know they legally cannot tell us when the transaction will be announced however certain comments indicate it should be within the next seven days.
The anticipated announcement will hopefully indicate a major that will support the company, help with funding for feasability and plant and provide a project or two.
Now that would be nice and will certainly from my point of view put the share price in double figures.
