Yes, worst case (fingers crossed) maybe a extension and best case, a very heavy conditional GSA.
Like I said before, BPT threw itself in the ring and in many ways, its a smart move maybe on the money... lets see what the following days bring.
GSA or no GSA... RJ has handled this WAY better then last time around.
