Picking the next 'MSB' is futile IMO. MSBs don't come around every year - they are like once every 5-10 years. The biotech industry is so hit & miss that if you do find something like MSB, you thank your lucky stars and back it all the way.....
I've held BGN before and it was all into stem cells and I lost the lot. Held CCE also and it was the next breakthrough in skin repair and look what's happened to it. NRT was another one and the list goes on.
Don't bother trying to pick the next 'MSB'; if you've got some before it was on everyone's radar, then you've already hit the jackpot.
