spoke to the company, its all good

Specifically, I rang their investor relations guy Rudy (who works for the Investor Relations company Allen Caron employed by IDM)and he was pretty helpful. Yes they are on track for commissioning in April and it may take a few months to get up to full capacity. There have been a few delays due to the heavy rains but otherwise things are going OK. They have been flying under the radar as they are busy building the plant with no need for promotion or a capital raising. Apparently they have $3 million left in the kitty and are burning about a million a month so they will be right down to the wire by the time they are up and producing at capacity. However there are no plans for a cap raising as they have a line of credit (presumably with Mac Bank) if they need it. The good news is their product is all contracted and the prices should get them $27Mill in earnings from $43Mill in sales for year 1 with prices negotiated yearly. They are trading on a forward PE of about 4 atm so there is plenty of room for upside once they get a bit more publicity and become a producer. It will be interesting to see how the share price goes once they start trading properly in the US now that the court case is out of the way. It certainly is a high grade deposit and the product has some unique properties.
