11.34am would be considered the earliest something funny happened. Over 4 seconds there were 1,319,816 shares traded from 29c down to 26.5c.
At 12.12pm the TH was announced by ASX accompanied by cover letter. Good going to get letter typed up, authorised by company secretary and emailed to ASX.
Last trade at 12.04 so maybe even less time.
If bad news there will be a please explain on timing.
However, it is also easy to write a 1 page bad news announcement and issue this afternoon - perhaps after market close. So the longer it goes the more hope I have.
