So you don't believe that CTP could just be rising along with the other energy stocks in NT?

While I'm sure that CTP is working to secure some major JV agreements (they've said as much numerous times), I accept that this rise is just linked to the massive increases other companies in the same sector and location have had.

It has been reported in the press that the sector is doing well in NT atm.

If, OTOH you believe that CTP is leaking information, please present your evidence to the appropriate authorities.
